कलम उठती है
शब्द नहीं बनते
शब्द बनते हैं
तो कागज़ पर अपनी तस्वीर नहीं छोड़ते
खामोश कलम
गूँगे शब्द
वीरान कागज़
मन के अन्दर का उफ़ान
बाहर आने कि तड़प में
और वेग पकड़ता
बहा ले जाएगा मुझे
अपने संग
मेरी पहचान ले अपने साथ
जाने किधर को निकल जाएगा
शब्द कहाँ से लाऊँ
जो आवाज़ दें इस उफ़ान को
शब्द...शब्द..शब्द...

khushiyaan ho apaar tumhaare jeewan mein
hanste raho sada tum
gam cho bhi na jaaye tumhe
pariwar ke saath manao aaj ka din
dua karte hain yahi
sukhi raho
khush raho
aur manate raho janam din
